This is the first meditation associated with the first chapter of the book, Growth Throug Gratitude. It will guide you through witnessing your fears and releasing old, stuck, fearful beliefs. This will help you get to the root of your anxiety or stress, and stop re-living fear from your past. 


Growth through Gratitude is a book that will walk you through my journey from constant anxiety to consistent bliss, while sharing with you all of the techniques, practices and meditations I learned along the way.
